Please note: while we always aim to deliver within your chosen slot, unforeseen London traffic may cause delays, and exact times cannot be guaranteed.

- Early morning surprise: If you’d like flowers ready first thing in the morning, we recommend booking an evening delivery the day before. That way, the flowers are waiting when the recipient wakes up.

Flower delivery starts from £15. Delivery fees vary depending on the distance from our Nine Elms workshop and are calculated automatically at checkout based on the recipient’s delivery address.

Absolutely. Contact us via WhatsApp on +44 7375 897151 with the recipient's name and telephone number, and we'll get in touch with them directly to obtain the delivery address. There is a £10 administration fee for this service, which is non-refundable if the recipient prefers not to provide their address or if their address falls outside our delivery area. We cover most London postcodes. Once the address is confirmed, we'll send you the available flower options to choose from and a payment link to complete your order. Everything can be arranged easily via WhatsApp. The recipient's address will remain confidential and will not be shared with the sender.

Once your bouquet is prepared for dispatch, you'll receive a live tracking link and a photo of your order via WhatsApp (if you use WhatsApp — if not, this step will be skipped).

At the same time, the recipient will receive a discreet message that “Your gift is on its way” (without revealing the sender or Floetica brand, so the surprise is preserved while still providing a delivery update).

After delivery is made, you'll get a text message with a proof-of-delivery photo plus an email confirmation — so you always know when your flowers have arrived safely.

If the recipient isn't home, our driver will follow the delivery instructions you leave at checkout (e.g. leave with a neighbour, reception, or in a safe place — please give details).

If no instructions are provided, the recipient is unreachable, and no safe option or neighbour is available, the flowers may be returned to us.

In this case, we'll arrange a re-delivery, and a re-delivery fee will apply.

Your bouquet will arrive beautifully wrapped, carefully arranged, and placed in a fresh water source with flower food to keep it hydrated during delivery. This ensures your flowers stay vibrant — even if you plan to gift them the next day.

Absolutely! All Floetica bouquets include a complimentary handwritten card with your personal message. Simply add your message at checkout, and we’ll handwrite it beautifully and include it with your flowers.

All our flowers make beautiful gifts, but some bouquets are especially popular:

• Birthdays & New Baby: Charlotte and Diana bouquets, plus mono-rose bouquets in pink, peach, or white.
• Versatile Any-Occasion: Regina bouquet — perfect for get well, birthdays, new homes, thank you, or sympathy.
• Anniversaries & Romance: Ester, Grace, Red & Peach Rose Bouquet, Gabriella, and classic red roses are timeless choices.
• Sympathy: Soft, elegant designs like the Colette bouquet (white & green) or classic White roses.

This way, you can choose flowers that perfectly match the sentiment of your occasion.

Yes, we're happy to deliver flowers to hospitals in London. Before placing your order, we recommend checking that the hospital accepts flowers for patients, as some hospitals and wards may have their own restrictions. When ordering online, please provide the hospital name, address and ward or department, along with the patient's full name and contact telephone number, to help us arrange the delivery smoothly.

Yes — we regularly add special extras you can include when adding flowers to your cart. Popular add-on options include a vase, scented candle, or even instant photo printing, with your chosen photo delivered alongside your handwritten card message.

Finding the right words after someone has lost a loved one isn't easy, especially when you want to offer real comfort rather than something that feels rehearsed. If you're struggling with what to say, know that simplicity and sincerity go a lot further than trying to find the "perfect" words. Here are four thoughtful messages to help you get started:

"I'm so sorry for your loss. There are no words that truly help right now, but please know I'm thinking of you and I'm here for whatever you need."

"[Name] touched so many lives, and their memory will continue to bring comfort in the days ahead. Sending you strength as you navigate this loss."

"My heart goes out to you and your family. Please don't hesitate to lean on me — for a conversation, a distraction, or just someone to sit with."

"Grief has no timeline, so take all the space you need. I'm holding you in my thoughts and will be here, today and in the weeks to come."

Whatever you choose to write, a short and honest message from the heart will always mean more than searching for elaborate phrasing.

Every Floetica bouquet is freshly made to order. We trim the stems before dispatch and deliver your flowers in water to keep them fresh throughout their journey.

When your flowers arrive:

With proper care, most fresh cut flowers should last 3–6 days or longer, depending on the flower variety and conditions in your home.
