Sending flowers with Floetica is simple. Browse our collection and choose a bouquet that suits the occasion and your budget, with prices starting from £80 and a choice of sizes available for most designs. You can add optional extras and a personal card message, which we will handwrite for you. At checkout, simply enter the recipient’s delivery address and contact details, choose your preferred delivery date and time slot, and complete your order online. We’ll take care of the rest.

We offer delivery across London, Monday to Friday — including same-day delivery for orders placed before 5:00 PM.

Delivery slots:
- Morning: 10 AM – 2 PM
- Afternoon: 2 PM – 6 PM
- Evening: 6 PM – 10 PM

Please note: while we always aim to deliver within your chosen slot, unforeseen London traffic may cause delays, and exact times cannot be guaranteed.

- Weekend deliveries: Saturday and Sunday, 10 AM – 6 PM (for pre-orders placed by Friday 5:00 PM).
- Early morning surprise: If you’d like flowers ready first thing in the morning, we recommend booking an evening delivery the day before. That way, the flowers are waiting when the recipient wakes up.
- Peak days: Valentine’s Day, International Women’s Day & Mother’s Day deliveries run throughout the day; exact time slots cannot be guaranteed.

Flower delivery starts from £15. Delivery fees vary depending on the distance from our Nine Elms workshop and are calculated automatically at checkout based on the recipient’s delivery address.

Absolutely. Contact us via WhatsApp on +44 7375 897151 with the recipient's name and telephone number, and we'll get in touch with them directly to obtain the delivery address. There is a £10 administration fee for this service, which is non-refundable if the recipient prefers not to provide their address or if their address falls outside our delivery area. We cover most London postcodes. Once the address is confirmed, we'll send you the available flower options to choose from and a payment link to complete your order. Everything can be arranged easily via WhatsApp. The recipient's address will remain confidential and will not be shared with the sender.

Once your bouquet is prepared for dispatch, you’ll receive a live tracking link and a photo of your order via WhatsApp (if you use WhatsApp — if not, this step will be skipped).

At the same time, the recipient will receive a discreet message that “Your gift is on its way” (without revealing the sender or Floetica brand, so the surprise is preserved while still providing a delivery update).

After delivery is made, you’ll get a text message with a proof-of-delivery photo plus an email confirmation — so you always know when your flowers have arrived safely.

If the recipient isn’t home, our driver will follow the delivery instructions you leave at checkout (e.g. leave with a neighbour, reception, or in a safe place — please give details).

If no instructions are provided, the recipient is unreachable, and no safe option or neighbour is available, the flowers may be returned to us.

In this case, we’ll arrange a re-delivery, and a re-delivery fee will apply.

Your bouquet will arrive beautifully wrapped, carefully arranged, and placed in a fresh water source with flower food to keep it hydrated during delivery. This ensures your flowers stay vibrant — even if you plan to gift them the next day.

All Floetica bouquets include a handwritten card with your personal message. Simply add your note at checkout, and we’ll make sure it’s beautifully included.

Yes, we’re happy to deliver flowers to hospitals in London. Before placing your order, we recommend checking that the hospital accepts flowers for patients, as some hospitals and wards may have their own restrictions. When ordering online, please provide the hospital name, address and ward or department, along with the patient’s full name and contact telephone number, to help us arrange the delivery smoothly.

Yes — we regularly add special extras you can include when adding flowers to your cart. Popular add-on options include a vase, scented candle, or even instant photo printing, with your chosen photo delivered alongside your handwritten card message.

Every Floetica bouquet is freshly made to order. We trim the stems before dispatch and deliver your flowers in water to keep them fresh throughout their journey.

When your flowers arrive:

1. Carefully remove the wrapping and water bubble, then place the flowers in a clean vase filled with fresh water, making sure no leaves sit below the waterline.
   
2. Change the water and rinse the vase every 2–3 days. Each time you change the water, trim the stems at an angle before returning the flowers to the vase.
   
3. Keep your flowers away from direct sunlight, heat, draughts and ripening fruit.
   

With proper care, most fresh cut flowers should last 3–6 days or longer, depending on the flower variety and conditions in your home.
