Every bouquet is made to order and hand-tied in our Nine Elms studio, using premium roses and the finest seasonal flowers from leading growers. Here's exactly how it works, what our cut-off times mean in practice, where we deliver, and what to expect from checkout through to delivery.

How Does Flower Delivery Work?

Ordering with Floetica is straightforward from start to finish. Browse our same-day flower delivery collection and choose a bouquet to suit the occasion and your budget, with prices starting from £80. At checkout, enter the recipient's delivery address and contact details, choose your preferred delivery date and time slot, and add an optional card message — we'll handwrite it for you. From there, we take care of the rest: your bouquet is hand-tied in our Nine Elms studio, dispatched in time for your chosen slot, and delivered with a proof-of-delivery update sent back to you.

Same-Day Flower Delivery Cut-Off Times

The cut-off for same-day delivery is 5pm, Monday to Friday — order before then and your flowers go out the same day. Want delivery at the weekend? Simply order by 5pm on Friday and we'll take care of Saturday or Sunday delivery.

Once you're past the cut-off, next-day delivery is always available — just choose your preferred date at checkout.

On the day, we deliver within three slots:

• Morning: 10am – 2pm
• Afternoon: 2pm – 6pm
• Evening: 6pm – 10pm

We always aim to deliver within your chosen slot, though London traffic can occasionally cause delays and exact times can't be guaranteed. If you want flowers waiting for someone first thing in the morning, we'd recommend booking an evening delivery the day before, so they're there when the recipient wakes up. On peak days — Valentine's Day, International Women's Day and Mother's Day — deliveries run throughout the day and exact time slots can't be guaranteed.

Where We Deliver in London

We deliver across most of London, with particularly fast turnaround in Central and South West London, close to our Nine Elms studio at New Covent Garden Flower Market. Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the recipient's address and distance from our studio.

Battersea and Nine Elms are our home ground, and Chelsea is one of our busiest delivery areas. Beyond that, we regularly deliver same-day across Wandsworth, Knightsbridge, South Kensington, Notting Hill, Marylebone, Islington, Covent Garden, the City of London, and London Bridge — as well as the rest of Central London and the surrounding areas. Can I Get Flowers Delivered Today?

Yes — order before 5pm on a weekday and your flowers will be hand-tied and delivered the same day, anywhere in our London delivery area. It's one of the questions we're asked most often, so to be clear: there's no need to plan ahead for last-minute birthdays, apologies, or good news — same-day is genuinely same-day, right up to the 5pm cut-off.

Sending Flowers Without the Recipient's Address

You don't need to know exactly where someone lives to send them flowers. Message us on WhatsApp at +44 7375 897151 with the recipient's name and phone number, and we'll contact them directly to get their delivery address — it stays confidential and is never shared with the sender. There's a £10 administration fee for this service, which applies whether or not the recipient goes ahead (for example, if they'd rather not share their address, or if it turns out to fall outside our delivery area). Once we've confirmed the address, we'll send you the available bouquet options and a payment link, and the whole thing can be arranged over WhatsApp from start to finish.

What Happens If No One's Home?

If the recipient isn't in, our driver will follow whatever delivery instructions you've left at checkout — for example, leaving the bouquet with a neighbour, at reception, or in a safe, specified place. If no instructions are given and there's no safe option or neighbour available, the flowers are brought back to our studio and we'll arrange re-delivery, subject to a re-delivery fee. Leaving clear instructions at checkout is the easiest way to avoid this altogether.

How We Package Your Flowers for Delivery

Every bouquet leaves our studio beautifully wrapped and carefully arranged, sitting in a fresh water source with flower food to keep it hydrated in transit. That means your flowers arrive vibrant and ready to display — even if the recipient doesn't get to them until later in the day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your bouquet is ready to leave the studio, we'll send a photo of the finished arrangement via WhatsApp. As soon as the courier is booked, we text a live tracking link to both the sender and the recipient, so you can each follow the delivery in real time — the recipient's message stays discreet, with no sender name or mention of Floetica, so the surprise is preserved. Once your flowers have arrived, you'll receive a proof-of-delivery update, so you always know they've landed safely.
