When St William — part of the renowned Berkeley Group, one of the UK’s leading developers — launched King’s Road Park in Fulham during RHS Chelsea Flower Show, they wanted to create a meaningful and memorable moment for their valued customers, partners, and guests. Floetica was invited to design an experience that would reflect the prestige of the development while offering a personal, shareable touchpoint.

Planning & Preparation: From Site Visit to Installation

We began with a full site visit, working closely with the client’s team to understand requirements and study the event space. Every detail was carefully considered — from guest flow and natural light to the best way to integrate the client’s branding. Based on these insights, we proposed the placement of the mobile flower bar and developed a detailed mock-up, including bespoke packaging that incorporated King’s Road Park branding and QR-tagged bouquets. This ensured guests could take home a beautiful floral gift while keeping the development’s identity and story clearly visible.

A branded, shareable experience

On the day, 80 guests enjoyed an interactive flower bar, selecting their own stems and receiving bespoke bouquets. To meet the high demand — and manage the constant queue — the stand featured two professional florists, ensuring efficient service while keeping the atmosphere engaging. Through conversations about the Chelsea Flower Show, the season’s peonies, and the floral varieties on display, guests enjoyed a lively, personal, and memorable experience.


Each bouquet was finished with a QR code linking to the client’s marketing materials, extending the brand journey beyond the event and giving guests an easy way to continue exploring at home.
