Floral Styling at Elie Saab Bridal, Mayfair
Tucked away on Bruton Street — one of Mayfair’s most elegant fashion destinations — the Elie Saab Bridal Boutique is a sanctuary of couture craftsmanship. For a recent in-store bridal event, we were honoured to bring our floral artistry into this refined setting.
The brief: to design subtle, sculptural floral pieces that would elevate the boutique’s interiors without distracting from the gowns. Our role was to enhance the space with quiet detail — never to overpower it — creating harmony with the brand’s refined, architectural aesthetic.
Our Design Concept
At the heart of the arrangements were white peonies — specifically the coveted Bowl of Cream variety. Known for their generous bloom and soft fragrance, these peonies opened into creamy clouds, subtly echoing the voluminous bridal gowns on display.
They were paired with tall white delphiniums for vertical movement, airy white nigella, ruffled eustoma, and two textural varieties of viburnum — one dotted with berries for a hint of depth and drama. Accents of fresh ruscus added a final touch of botanical elegance.
The florals were styled in hand-selected ribbed crystal vases, chosen for their light-catching brilliance and timeless appeal. In the boutique’s main space, a large arrangement acted as a quiet focal point, while a smaller version brought subtle beauty to the fitting room. A third, sculptural piece was placed on a boutique plinth — carefully proportioned to reflect the store’s interior architecture and design, while never drawing attention away from the gowns.
This wasn’t simply about decoration — it was about capturing the essence of Elie Saab’s refined luxury, and offering brides a sensory experience rooted in softness, sophistication, and modern romance.
